Add in portions over the first half of ferment, not all at once!
Calculate addition levels from YAN analysis.

Sold in 1 kg vacuum packs, these will last indefinitely unopened. Always have some on hand for making fresh SO2 additions.

Approximately 50 sticks per kg, use 1/4 to 1/2 stick per barrel.
